This development project, in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Act of May 21, 2025, amending the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Purchasers of Residential Units or Single-Family Houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund, is not yet subject to the obligation of presenting detailed offer prices. The information obligations in this regard will be fully implemented no later than September 11, 2025.
